If we must share your protected health information to third party “business associates” such as a billing service, we will have a written contract that contains terms that will protect the privacy of your protected health information. 

We may also use and disclose your protected health information for marketing activities, appointment reminders, public health risks, health oversight activities, and in the event of a lawsuit, safety concern, or when required by the federal, state, and/or local law.

We may disclose protected health information about you to your family members or friends only if we obtain your written consent to do so.
